Thank you for choosing our online tutoring service. Our goal is to provide high-quality education in a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment. Please read the following terms and policies carefully before enrolling your child.

1. Registration

•   Every student must complete the registration process before joining classes.

•  Parents or guardians must provide accurate information about the student.

•  Students will be added to classes only after registration and payment are completed.

2. Class Schedule

• Classes will be conducted according to the agreed timetable.

• Students should join the class at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time.

•  If there is any change to the schedule, parents will be informed in advance whenever possible.

3. Attendance

•  Regular attendance is important for good learning progress.

•  If a student cannot attend a class, the parent or student should inform us as early as possible.

•  Students who repeatedly miss classes without notice may lose their place in the program.

4. Fees and Payment

•  Tuition fees are payable in advance according to the agreed payment plan (weekly, monthly, or per course).

•  Payment should be made on or before the due date.

•  If payment is delayed, access to classes may be temporarily suspended until payment is received.

5. Missed Classes

• If a tutor cancels a class, it will be rescheduled at no extra cost.

• If a student misses a class without giving prior notice, the class may not be rescheduled.

• Requests to reschedule due to emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

6. Online Class Rules

Students are expected to:

• Join classes on time.

• Be respectful to tutors and other students.

• Avoid inappropriate language or behavior.

• Participate actively during lessons.

• Complete homework and assignments on time.

• Use the online platform only for learning purposes.

• Repeated misconduct may result in suspension or removal from the program.

7. Parent Responsibilities

Parents or guardians are expected to:

•  Ensure the student has a suitable device and internet connection.

•  Encourage regular attendance and participation.

• Pay tuition fees on time.

• Communicate respectfully with tutors.

•  Inform us of any important issues that may affect the student's learning.

8. Learning Materials

All lesson notes, videos, worksheets, presentations, and other materials are provided for the student's personal learning only. They may not be copied, shared, sold, uploaded, or distributed without our written permission.

9. Privacy

Student and parent information will be kept private and used only for educational and administrative purposes. We will not share personal information with others unless required by law or with your permission.

10. Academic Results

Our tutors are committed to providing high-quality instruction and support. However, we cannot guarantee specific grades, examination results, or academic outcomes. Student success depends on attendance, participation, effort, and independent study.

11. Communication

Official communication will be through our approved channels, such as WhatsApp, Telegram, email, or phone. Parents are encouraged to contact us if they have questions or concerns.

12. Refund Policy

Refund requests will be considered only in exceptional circumstances. Once classes have started, fees already paid are generally non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management.

13. Agreement

By registering for our tutoring services and making payment, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Policies.
